End User License Agreement

Effective date: November 4, 2026

This agreement is between you (or the business you represent) and AppVizo, LLC, which operates GitEstimate (“GitEstimate,” “we,” “us”). It covers your use of the GitEstimate website and software, including any connection to third-party products such as QuickBooks Online. By creating an account or using GitEstimate, you agree to it. If you do not agree, do not use GitEstimate.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GitEstimate for your own business estimating, for as long as your account is active and you follow this agreement. We keep all rights in GitEstimate, including the software, 3D models, and branding. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from it, or let anyone else use your account.

2. Your account and data

You are responsible for your account, your password, and everything done under them. You keep ownership of the estimates, prices, and customer information you enter (“Your Data”). You give us permission to host, process, and display Your Data as needed to run GitEstimate for you. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Third-party products and services

GitEstimate can connect to third-party products, including QuickBooks Online from Intuit Inc. (“Intuit”). These are not owned or controlled by us, and the following applies to all of them:

  • Your own agreement. Your use of a third-party product is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, such as the Intuit Terms of Service. You must have your own account with the provider and keep it in good standing. We are not a party to that agreement.
  • Your authorization. By connecting, you authorize GitEstimate to access your third-party account and to send and receive data on your behalf. For QuickBooks Online, that means creating, updating, and reading estimates, customers, products and services, and related records (including estimate and invoice status) in your QuickBooks company file when you set up the connection, send an estimate, or view the QuickBooks page. We access only what is needed for that purpose.
  • You are in control. You can disconnect at any time. When you disconnect in GitEstimate, we revoke our access and delete the stored access credentials. If you revoke access from QuickBooks instead, GitEstimate can no longer use your account. We clear the stored credentials when GitEstimate next tries to renew them, usually within an hour of its next use; until then they stay stored, encrypted. To have the remaining connection record deleted, email us. Records already created in QuickBooks stay there; they belong to you.
  • No responsibility for third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party products: their availability, accuracy, security, changes, or fees. If a provider changes or ends its service or its API, the connection may stop working. Intuit’s trademarks belong to Intuit, and GitEstimate is not endorsed by or affiliated with Intuit.
  • Check what is sent. You are responsible for reviewing estimates and amounts before sending them, and for how the data is used in your accounting, including taxes.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use GitEstimate to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt the service, or break the terms of any connected third-party service.

5. Estimates are not guarantees

GitEstimate produces estimates and material lists from the inputs and prices you provide. You are responsible for checking them, for your prices and quotes, and for engineering, code compliance, and permits. GitEstimate is not engineering advice.

6. Fees

Paid plans are billed as described at signup or in your order. Fees are non-refundable unless the law or your order says otherwise. We will give notice before changing prices.

7. Disclaimer and limit of liability

GitEstimate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Term and termination

You may stop using GitEstimate at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break this agreement or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should continue (ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law) survive termination.

9. Changes

We may update this agreement. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised agreement.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Richmond County, Georgia, have exclusive jurisdiction.
